Patrick Potter: Most you know, I have been around about 15 years and have come to this conference, about 9 of them. I have seen changes and progress but I have never been in this position. I was guided by Johnny S. and have been guided by him. I feel I have been disregarded. I listened to the Trustee say all kinds of things and field questions with the skill of seasoned politicians. We asked them to follow the rules of our corporate charter. As much as we believe in them, I feel they did us a disservice. We asked hard questions and they are hard to answer. We are asked to be as honest and straightforward no matter how difficult. This process we have been sitting here is a hard process. It’s not easy. And it’s difficult when our trusted servants don’t deliver what we ask of them. I have been quiet in the back for 9 years. I don’t speak in front of others and I’m shaking. This thing is about courage, faith and hope. I hope this trustee board coming in is better than its predecessors.
Kevin Murphy: Next on the agenda is old business, but we don’t have any. Next for tonight is new business.

Kevin Murphy: Reads SR 13. Page 30 of the WSM. This motion is not debatable. The motion must pass by 2/3 so I need to count. We have 91 in favor and 47 opposed, the motion fails. Anybody else wish to make a motion of new business? Seeing none, I need a motion to suspend the rules to take areas of tomorrow agenda.
