Tony D. – Any questions for the committee?

Carla S. – I am wondering about digital presentation? Can we have presentations in our own areas?

Tony D. – Yes.

John W. – Thank you very much. Hoping that the elderstatesman would be sharing on your video as well as the audio recorded for some of your stories. Pictures/videos become priceless. I’ll make this a referral. Wouldn’t that be nice?

Frank P. – We have thought about this.

Frank P. – Points out that all old NewsGrams are now on-line.

Benjamin S. – That was very nice presentation. Am wondering if there was any ethnic diversity during the beginning of C.A.?

Frank P. – There was ethnic diversity in the early days. Reggie helped write ‘All Mind Altering Chemicals’ which became ‘All Mind Altering Substances.’ We have just started. We will continue to add to this presentation.

Cameron F. – This presentation is in The Box for you to access.

Bob L. – Mentions a couple of elderstatesman who were part of the ethnic diversity of the early days.

John W. – When I worked in the office, I tried to find the timeline about when certain motions were approved. Is it possible to find some of this older info? Can this older info be available to us in the future?

Cameron F. – Eventually. Right now we are still cataloging the items we have.

Frank P. – There is a former member of Archives who specifically wants to work on old minutes. Maria K. – Last year there was a beautiful display of Archived items here at Conference. Will that display be back next year?

Cameron F. – Was actually my decision to not have it here this year. We will take that into consideration for next year.

Rose J. – Thank you for that presentation. It was awesome.

Tony D. – Please thank the committee.
