FINANCE COMMITTEE ADDENDUM MOTIONS
Motion: To increase the H & I Committee 2011-12 budget from $340.00 to $1,240.00. Second.
Kevin Murphy: Would you like to speak to you motion?
Tom Walsh: The increase is for a non-delegate chair.
Kevin Murphy: Any debate?
Peter DeRaffaele: Why the increase?
Tom Walsh: The non-delegate chair has been elected to chair the H&I Committee. And since he is not a delegate, his Area does not pay for him, the conference does.
Randy Groen: Speaks in favor of the motion. The co-chair has stepped up into the role of chair and he will roll off as delegate this year. Susan Bredau: How many people are on the H&I Committee.
Tom Walsh: 20.
Kevin Murphy: Any further debate? With some opposition the motion passes.
Motion: To increase the Finance Committee 2011-12 budget from $50.00 to $990.00. Second.
Kevin Murphy: Would you like to speak to the motion?
Tom Walsh: Not at this time.

Joy Hutcheson: It’s so we can train the chair for next year.
