INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS
Wow what a great first conference for this committee, we were small but we were mighty. As the addicts we are, we jumped right in and started at the World Service Office

with the scanning of 1984, 1985, 1986 and half of 1987! We got to see the first meeting flyer, the first meeting schedule, the first convention flyer and so much more. I can speak for my other committee members that we only scratched the surface of what is expected of us and we are so excited to do the work!

CLOSING COMMENTS
In closing we would like to clarify that our original report at the beginning of this conference represented ideas of the direction we see CA going. The website and the implementation of such an idea is along term goal. We would like to impress upon all of you that like everything in the work we do here at conference, this project of scanning documents and preservation of the vast collection of history will take several years before we can begin developing ways to make it available to fellowship. This is why it so important for you to encourage your areas to appoint an Archive Committee and have that committee interface with the WSC Archive so that this process can be both smooth and accurate. We the members of the WSC Archive Committee would like to thank you for the privilege of being of service.

Susan Bredau – What kind of budget immediately to get proper recepticles that would allow you to move forward?
Patrick – $2,500. Infusion check will allow us to buy receptacles and move to storage to bring to the conference next year and get a lot of this work done at Conference.

Chair – received written notice from the Floor to bring motion to rescind the convention fundraising on Saturday or Sunday. Because it was in writing, it will not require 2/3 majority vote.
