CLOSING COMMENTS:
If you are active in your local area conventions AND/OR if your area will be hosting one of our upcoming CAWS Conventions it would be helpful if you had a member on this committee.
If you like to plan big parties, we encourage you to come share your experience, strength and organizational skills with us!!
CONVENTIONS ROCK – DO YOU?
Kevin Murphy: any questions?
Bob Lemon: Is it the policy is it necessary to have at least 2 bids?
Rob Wellhauser – SR22 states that we would like to have 2 bids. It defaults that no convention will be selected for 2013 and if no other city brings a bid for 2013 next year, it defaults to LA.
Kevin Murphy: LCF next.
