1. Motion: Re Transfer of funds re paying for Trademark Protection.
Motion made (by Hayward) on October 24, 2007 and seconded (by Earl) to approve the transfer of $3,000 from the Savings Account to the Operations account to pay for Trademark protection of our CA Logo in the European Union (EU), this coverage will last a period of 10 years.

Motion passed October 28, 2007.
