OFFICE REPORT
Read. Approved Kevin repairing Compaq portable computer.
Approved upgrades of computer system software and internal hard drive.
Approved purchase of laser printer-ready checks (format — 2 sheets with 1 check, 2 stubs, 1 copy of check).
Approved 4-part NCR order processing forms.
For vacation time on 11/12, contact Brian N.
System needed to follow up on Honey Do List progress (suggested rolling log of projects, updates on progress/completion)
FINANCE REPORT
Reviewed finances.
Barry will work with and train KD to output financial reports from Lotus 1-2-3. Will reevaluate and reformat financial statements to improve tracking of cash balances, flow, and trends for each account.

Case Cover — Crash texture (standard finish, linen-weave-type texture) in a Skivar or Rainbow material to get proper color (color likely not available in Kivar or Permacote)
Paper — Lions Fall Antique creme-white in 55 lb stock (356 PPI) due to recent decrease in price. Endsheets will be creme-colored
Dust Jacket — laminated, matte finish, color PMS #322J(get copies of jacket for archives)
Storage at Crawfordsville Plant — $15 one-time “pathway” charge plus $5 monthly storage fee per load (load is 1500 lb or «1000 books). No removal charge. Can run signatures (unbound books), store, and bind later when needed, saving on “make ready” costs of printing {Mary Lou will check on cost of 5~, 10-, 20,000- signature runs)
H&I Special Editions — quantity undecided. 5000 discussed, 3000 generally a minimum run. Spine to read “H&I Copy,” back cover to read “Not For .R^le” above ISBN number. May do stamping with distinguishing mark on spine and case. Can be stamped on back or inside of front cover.
Blue Line Proofs — to be sent out November 18, need proofs back within 5 days. Can fax corrections for final phone approval.
Sample Case will be sent to Bill Z. ‘s office for approval on color and texture
Hope, Faith, Courage logo to appear on front case cover, spine of dust jacket, title page, and copy right page
World Service Conference logo to appear on copy right page and last page
Spine also to carry C.A. World Services, Inc. line

Monday or Tuesday, Nov 1-2 — final manuscript sent to Crawfordsville Division of RR Donnelley Monday, Nov 15 — supply final quantity of order Friday, Dec 17 — completed publishing run shipped out

- Order computer upgrades and internal hard drive
- Have Kevin proceed with Compaq portable computer repair. Contact Sheraton hotel and inform them that we will be sending them the bill for the repairs
- Order laser printer checks (from Quicken) with 1 check, 2 stubs, and copy of check format (can contact Trina [Bill Z.’s secretary] for resources)
- Number pages of Office Report (ie, 1 of X)
- Provide an estimate of amount of inventory can be tied up in plastic chips
- On taking time off on November 12, call Brian N.
- Purchase cabinets and table
- Provide WSOB with Honey Do Lists with current status (finished, in progress, not yet started) of all projects
- Review Honey Do Lists since 1992 WSC, list all projects not yet completed, provide list at next WSOB meeting
- Contact Barry B. for the following ASAP
- Handling further contact with the Internal Revenue Service
- Inventorying all documents and forms that should be sent from WSO by registered mail
- Preparing monthly financial statements using Lotus 1-2-3
