This meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m. with the Serenity Prayer.

1. COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Publications – Greg D. (See Attached)
Greg submitted a written report, three bids from recording studios and the script for the recording of audio-literature which were reviewed by the WSOB. Some minor changes/suggestions were to the submitted script by the WSOB.
A motion was made to approve the bid made by DOC Productions of $320.00 for the taping of CA Literature. Seconded. (PASSED)
2. OFFICE REPORT: (See Attached)
K.D.’s office report was reviewed.
A. Banners – K.D. was instructed to order white banners and ask the orderers of all backordered banners if they want grey ones quickly or wait until the new ones become available.
B. Letter to Scott A. – Letter was reviewed, suggestions made and subsequently approved.
This informal meeting of the WSOB was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. with the Lord’s Prayer.
SCHEDULE: The next meeting of the CAWSO Board of Directors will take place on Thursday, December 3, 1992 at 7:00 p.m.
