Present literature not marked all future literature should be, however, the present literature can be marked with stickers.
- Trademark- U.S. Service Mark application sent in by Mr. Gans office. We are listed under Association Services. This is a federal trademark application. The application was rejected because of Dr. Baron’s application and N.A.’s application. We must reply by June 23, 1987. Mr. Gans will handle this from his office. We are also waiting to see if NA will file a petition against Dr. Baron or argue that NA & CA are not similar. The federal trademark office is stating that NA & CA are very similar and therefore, our application had been denied as well as the filing by Dr. Baron.
- Dr. Baron’s attorney is supposed to issue a letter stating that they will stop application if we do not open up any hospitals for recovery.
- WSO asked Mr. Gans to get copies of NA’s file from the Trademark office so that we can prepare our answer for June 23. WSO asked that Mr. Gans write a letter to Dr. Baron requesting that he cancel his registration voluntarily or, as per Mr. Gans, we can and will file a petition to cancel.
- Application for LOGO registration to be executed federally. Forms to be submitted at once.
