Meeting called to order at 1:00 pm by H. Lee Slavin, Vice-Chairman. There was discussion over Pincus Roseman, Public Relations Firm. The P.I. Committee needs to be brought into this loop. So, Bob C’s letter should go out, re-written by Debbie Breed (Trustee P.I.)
MOTION: Retainn Pincus Roseman for 3 months at a figure not exceed $1,500.00 per month. Motion Seconded and PASSED. (6 for, 0 against, 0 abstain)
MOTION: WSBT to remove TG, as Chair of the WSC Convention Committee. Motion TABLED.
Reggie will talk to TG about resigning.
We should vote again in one week.
The CDC – Atlanta wants a poll of HIV cases. It was felt this would violate our Traditions.
Literature Problem: Mandated Scrolls are unworkable due to AA Trademarking. The Committee will bring forward a poster proposal for presentation at WSC – Aug. 1990.
