MOTION: That all present officers of the Corporation remain in office an additional year.
MOTION PASSED.
The current officers of the corporation are:
- Fenn Pervier – Chairman and President
- Bob Lemon – Vice-Chairperson and Vice President
- Reggie Lemay – Secretary
- Greg Dobbs – Treasurer

Report: The papers for filing for the corporation need to be completed and sent. Papers were given to Fenn to prepair and send document.
Next C.A.W.S.,INC. meeting will be during the 3rd quarterly meeting of the C.A.W.S.Board of Trustees.
