MOTION:
Motion made to approve invoice #1751412 for $323.75 to our attorney Berney Gans for legal services. Seconded.

WSO Update – Kevin/Yvette
WSO meeting on May 25th . We are working on getting a new Treasurer. The Ad Hoc Committee is reviewing the possibility of going to a two-year Convention cycle. Some of the recommendations will go to the Conference. If we go to a two-year Convention format, the WSO would definitely need alternative funding. The WSO would like to have a Contract Negotiating Committee at the World Level.
Cash Flow Report – Kerry
The Southwest Regional Convention that was held in March will be sending in a 7th Tradition donation of $17,000.00 to the WSO. We had $7,000.00 come in from the Utah Area. The 7th Tradition donation was great for the 1st quarter. The WSC Finance Committee is working out a plan for the money collection in Sweden.

CAWS 2019 – Sarah
The timeline for the Convention is running smoothly. The Committee is writing a press release. The WSO is working on translation. They are reviewing technology. A letter will be going out to people who registered. The Sweden Convention Committee has collected $8,000.00 in fundraising. Online Registration for the Convention is $20,000. All rooms have been reserved for the WSC Conference Committee meeting, WSBT Long Term Planning meeting, Meet the Boards and the Great Convention Exchange. The hotel block is full. The WSO need the amount for the memorabilia order for the Convention. In Sweden, people can pay by Zelle on their phones.
Personal Conduct – Tom
Tom did not see anything about personal conduct in meetings on the WSBT Referral list. It was on the WSC Literature referral list at one point. Tom will check with the WSC Conference Committee for the current referral. Tom will draft a response by the July Trustee Quarterly.
European Regional Assembly – Sarah
We did not receive a bid for the 2020 Regional Assembly. Claudia made sure that everyone in the region received the documentation for creating a new region. I sent it out on the yahoo group. We had our non-English speaking members speak on the Petition to create a new region (Mainland Europe). No one was against it. Everyone was in support of the Petition to create a new region. The voting members included all areas in the European Region at the Assembly voted, and it was approved unanimously. It was a lovely heartfelt Assembly. It went very well. Claudia will have the Petition ready by the 90-day deadline to be included in the SR14 mailing.
Letter to European Region from WS Conference Chair – Sarah
I spoke to Jeannette to confirm that the WSBT did not have an opinion on the letter written by the WS Conference Chair. Some members were opposed of the letter sent by WS Conference Chair.
New Business
1) Review Non-Addict Trustee job description – Jason will work on this. NA Literature Project – Tom and Jeannette will collaborate on this. Tom will set-up a conference call to talk with their representative.
2) Tradition 11 Update – Kevin – S&B will have something in the upcoming SR14 mailing. Justin should be involved in the conference call.
3) New referral – Jeannette will take the lead on the new referral that came in to the WSBT email from Jay.

We had a good Long -Term Planning Committee meeting. Our next meeting will be June 2, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. PDT.
Trustee Dinner in Sweden – Jason
The Trustee Dinner will be held on June 30, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.
Q2 2019: Monday, July 1, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. to Thursday, July 4,
2019 @ noon (meet for dinner on June 30th at 6:00 p.m.

Q3 2019: August 25th to August 27, 2019 in Los Angeles
