Meeting opened at 7:33 with the Serenity Prayer, 1st Tradition – David C.; 1st Concept – Joy H. Roil call was taken.

1. Motion to approve February 8, 2000 minutes as amended. Joy/Mark. Motion carries.

1. Leon and Kevin are working on potential non-compliance of ca.org website.
2. Director Candidates: There have been two resume’s submitted that will be considered at the next meeting.

Additionally, RR Donnelly made an error, cases of books should be 28, they’ve been shipping cases of 22. Donnelly will have to correct this error.

New Business
- There is potential non-compliance to the OSA website (OSA?)
- Links to e-mail to webmaster, there is a question of implied affiliation.
- Potential issue with Co-Anon on CACOLORADO.ORG.
2. Motion that the CAWSO Chair or Office Manager write a letter to the editor of Newsweek based upon sample letter (attached). Kevin/Joy. Motion carries.
3. Motion that CAWSO approve the providing of a benefit package which can include life, vision, dental and medical insurance to employees only. Patty/Meredith. Motion carries.
4. Motion that CAWSO purchase the benefit package from Evergreen Insurance Service for full time employee’s only using the PacAdvantage Aetna HMO, and dental, vision, $15,000 life and chiropractor insurance for a total of $776.00 per month. Patty/Kevin. Motion carries.
5. Motion that the CAWSO adopt a temporary policy regarding requests to move amounts budgeted by committees between line items when the budgeted amount was approved by a separate conference motion for a particular purpose. Kevin/Joy.
