- Current Global Situation & Unique Challenges – Will also add topic to Q1 agenda and allow time for review of processes & changes to situation
- Communications (and debate/discussion during difficult or unusual times). Utilize tools effectively for information gathering/sharing to stay informed, efforts to assist fellowship and lead by example (remain calm, use of decorum, unity in thought and actions)

OLD BUSINESS ITEMS:

NEW BUSINESS ITEMS:
1) Covid-19 and Current Motion of advisory letter to fellowship. (Wade / Kevin)
Motion made and seconded to accept version 6 of proposed advisory letter to the fellowship. Proposed response read by Kevin. Discussion followed, friendly amendments summarized in version 7.
2) Wade reported cancellation (Illinois area convention has been postponed, venue no longer available) of Face-to-Face Quarterly (WSBT Q1 2020 March 25 to 28). Will be replaced with Video Conferencing Meeting (GoToMeeting). Plan for the same availability you have already blocked off for the event in Illinois, and plan to ALL be present through Video with conducive background environments/technology. Meeting Agenda to follow as usual… requests for agenda items due in by Thursday, March 19th. WSBT Officers to work out detail time schedule for calls (Thurs-Sat).
3) Wade reviewed current Responsibilities and Timelines – Have all reports ready to be uploaded for WSBT members’ review by Thursday, March 19th. (All Area Reports were due in Feb. 1st). Complete all additional Officers’ Reports, Trustee Reports, WSBT Sub-Committee Reports, WSC Committee Reports, etc. to allow proper time for review, consideration, and an informed group conscience. Wade also noted that refunds should be pursued from airlines for travel, however trustees will be reimbursed for costs already expended if they haven’t been reimbursed already.
4) Kerry reported on CAWS 2020 Current Status & Evaluation/Timelines for decisions moving forward. Keeping in close contact with hotel. City of Austin has not made decisions on cancelling events in the time frame scheduled for convention. Only 2 people have canceled and asked for refunds. Jason asked if there is ago/no-go date in place for the convention. Kerry replied there is not at this time. 2020 Convention chair will being making detailed report to the WSO on Mar 22, 2020.

Q1 2020: * March 26th, 2020 at Noon to March 28th, 2020 at Noon . (Location: 2020 Illinois Area Unity Convention outside Chicago, Illinois) Face to Face Meeting Cancelled. Agenda for GTM Conference Call will follow.
