June 28, 2001
Meeting opened at 7:47 with the Serenity Prayer. The 7th Tradition was read by Mark; the 7th Concept was read by Kevin.

A quorum was present.

Trademark Issue – Meredith – No report.
2002-2003 Budget – still on table.
OFFICER REPORTS
Chair – Steve Edwards. Written report submitted. Additionally, Steve discussed the letter of censure regarding trustees. It is from Steve, not the office board.
Vice-Chair – Elizabeth Saldebar. Written Report submitted.
Secretary—Robin Chase. Please submit a written report to me when you give your report.
Treasurer—Joy Hutcheson. Not present. The work is getting done.
Director 1—Kevin Murphy. One month until next Newsgram.

Additionally, we are at an approximately $75k loss for the year.
Trustees have been able to stay below budget since March 23 meeting. It has been determined that August, September and October income has only allowed for $11,789 operating costs.
Hours for the office personnel have been reduced to 32 hours, and the office is only going to be open four days a week.
There is a problem with new delegates getting their mailings from the outgoing delegates.
If we want to have a world directory, it can be done online.
