MINUTES COCAINE ANONYMOUS WORLD SERVICE BOARD

Meeting was called to order by Willie at 6:47 p.m.
OLD BUSINESS
A. Howard said there is still some money out. He has 11 cases of sodas left and some ketchup and mustard, etc. Howard will save everything for the next W.S. picnic in August. The profit seems to be close to $3,000.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Jerry made a motion to have Richard L. bring his reel to reel and buy some tapes and a mike to bring down to the conference to record everything that goes on. Motion passed.
B. Willie made a motion to have papers for folders xeroxed up. Motion passed.
C. Dave Johnson from L.A. Board said our electricity will be turned off if we don’t pay our bill. Howard will make sure So. California Edison will be paid for $71.35.
D. Jerry made a motion that Michael and Howard get together so Michael can give Howard materials to bring down Tuesday. Motion passed.
E. Willie made a motion that $100 allowance for gas, food, etc. be paid to Board members. Motion passed.
F. Michael made a motion that Johnny Segal’s room be paid for as he is a trustee ($270.00). Motion passed.
The meeting adjourned and closed with the Serenity Prayer. The next meeting will be August 7, 1986 at 6:30 P.M.
