Meeting was called to order at 6:45 by Willie, Dana read the minutes
from previous meeting.
I. OLD BUSINESS
A. Bob found an office for $375.00 per month, it is located just next door to present office.
B. Willie will give the updated report on the Trademark Attorney at the Conference.
C. Howard brought all stationery materials materials and he is also going to bring an easel to the Conference. He has made it clear that everything is donated-Thank You Howard!
D. Bob will bring up one (1) typewriter, Steve F. will be responsible for the second typewriter and the copier.
D. Richard presented the first copy of “The Connection”.
E. Howard did get the prices for the printing of literature and as it turns out, Neil’s prices are just as good and his even include cutting and folding.
F. Michael is having the National Directory printed. It is twenty- six (26) pages. Laurie W. typed it up. Thank You Laurie & Mikeyi
NEW BUSINESS
A. Meredith and Ross from the II&I Committee gave a report on their status. Willie has invited them to the Conference and asked them to give a report there also. It was also brought up to give H&I a price break on literature, this will be discussed at the next World Service Board Meeting.
