This meeting was called to order at 7:25 p.m. with a moment of silence and the Serenity Prayer.

1. COMMITTEE REPORTS:
A. Structure & Bylaws – Brian
Brian has spoken to Tom T. the WSC S & B Chairperson. Tom will be picking up the 1993 revision soon.
B. Public Information – DanT. (See Attached)
Dan read and submitted his committee minutes. Discussion took place.
Motion made to have K.D. edit and print the attached PI letter. Seconded. (PASSED)

C. Publications – Greg D.
Greg submitted his commitee report and master tapes from the audio-literature recording session. Motion made to make 20 copies to be sent to the WSBT for review. Seconded. (PASSED)
Stories and poems are on the computer for the Connection. Motion made to allow Greg to acquire software. Seconded. (PASSED)
BREAK 8:45 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
2. OFFICE REPORT: (See Attached)
A. Sun Valley Intergroup Letter – Discussed
B. Montreal Letter – Discussed and approved.
C. Reserve Account – Discussion took place regarding transferring $500 into Reserve Account. Will not be done.
D. Shipping System – Motion to obtain Pitney Bowes Shipping system. Seconded. (PASSED)
E. CA Book Fund – Will be moved from the Operating Account to the Reserve Account.

1. Ask San Francisco about Spanish Logo. Change Coraje to Valor – (It came from the Spanish Outreach Committee)
-Done. Called Bob Lemon and relayed the message to him. I also asked him to send me v-locks with the new logo.
2. Call Howington

3. Add Spanish to Database w/ PI H&I, etc.
