WSBT Conference Call Interview for WSOB Treasurer

Interview with Tom P. for WSOB Treasurer was held by the WSBT via conference call. Members present:

Tony Drake, Midwest Regional Trustee
Carl Warlick, Pacific South Regional Trustee
Hayward Hunt, World Service Trustee
Bobbie Harmon, Trustee-at-Large
Absent:
Jackie Schickler, Atlantic North Regional Trustee
Tom P. left the call at 10:28 a.m. pst.
WSBT opened the meeting with a moment of silence followed by the Serenity Prayer at 10:30 a.m. Discussion was held pertaining to the interview of Tom P. for WSOB Treasurer.
Motion was made and seconded to accept Tom P. as WSOB Director/Treasurer.
Motion passes unanimously.
Earl H. will make notification to inform Tom and the WSOB of the decision.
Motion was made and seconded to approve the flyer and the resume that will be sent out to canvass for WSOB Chair. (See attached.)
Motion passes unanimously.
Question was asked about storing documents that have been approved for use pertaining to WSOB resumes, interview questions and announcements. A folder will be created on the WSBT yahoo site to compile all pertinent information for future use.
