You have your committees together, please write your reports and share your enthusiasm and then get them to Duane M. It’s difficult for us to get reports once you leave. New chairs and the chairs that are rotating out please sit down together and get them written.

Robert B. Question – I noticed that in is in landscape, but WSM is in portrait. Will that change?
Anita L. – We will change to portrait
Miriam F. – Can we use the correct name for Unity. It is just unity and not ca unity.
Anita – That is how it is listed in WSM
Jacqueline R. – If that is the way it is reflected why is not reflected in all three places?
Anita – That is how it is reflected in WSM. If it is relfected differently in other areas, than that is how those areas reflect it.

WSO Board of Directors Interview Process
Directors of the World Service Office Board (WSOB) to be interviewed by the World Service
Board of Trustee’s (WSBT):
- The WSOB Chairperson
- The WSOB Treasurer
- The WSO Paid Director(s)
Directors of the World Service Office Board (WSOB) to be interviewed by the current World Service Office Board:
- All Directors other than the WSOB Chair, WSOB Treasurer and WSO Paid Director(s).
All Directors, except for Paid Directors, will be interviewed first by the World Service Office Board (WSOB); any viable candidates will be used to create a slate of candidates. This slate, along with the WSOB’s recommendation, shall be forwarded to the World Service Board of Trustees (WSBT). The WSBT will then conduct additional candidate interviews, at the WSBT’s discretion, and make the final selection. It is suggested that the WSBT take the WSOB’s recommendation into serious consideration; however, the final election will be at the discretion of the WSBT.

The WSOB, at their discretion, may elect members to the position of Vice-Chair or Secretary so long as they come from existing members of the WSOB previously elected by the WSBT.
