LCF Committee Report:
Tondrick Jones – Motion: To accept the pamphlet, “Unity” as Conference approved literature, with the typographical changes, as shown on Attachment D.
With some minor opposition, the motion passes with substantial unanimity.
Gillian Crabtree-Rowan – Motion to authorize the WSO to change the reverse of the chips to have the CA trademarked motto “We’re Here and We’re Free” around the edge, with all applicable numbers expressed in Arabic numerals in the middle, with day, month or year indicator underneath as indicated on the attached graphic (Attachment A).
Heidi Jonathan – Friendly amendment – Add the word “Plastic” after the “the” in the first sentence.
Accepted, no objection.

New Business:
Sherri Hoffman Motion: to rescind the motion from the Convention Committee in regard to referral #3167:
Insert into the World Service Manual, Standing Rules, page 3.7, add new Item 22: Each year, a minimum of two (2) bids for the CAWS convention be presented to the World Service Conference for consideration. If two (2) bids are not received, the Conference may approve the single bid. If the single bid fails to be approved, the CAWS convention for the proposed year will be left vacant. If not filled at the following conference, the CAWS convention for that year will be turned over to the World Service Office Board to plan and execute.
Chair – Be advised that this requires a simple majority vote only to pass, as notice was given yesterday.
