C.A. WORLD SERVICE CONFERENCE 2006
HOSPITALS & INSTITUTIONS REPORT
INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS:
Hello my name is Eric Rosene H&I WSC Chairperson outgoing. This year the H&I committee had many referrals via the World Service Office from inmates from all over the country. In most cases some type of communication was performed. We look forward to serving the fellowship’s needs. This past year, the committee received 7 post conference referrals; all of them from the UK Area. Most were actually questions. A couple of these questions may result in additions or changes to some items in our H&I guidelines. The new H&I contact form has been a great success, we received approximately 50 completed forms by the end 2005 conference! During the year, our Vice Chair Yvonne Myers had to step down and the co-secretary Hayward Hunt is now our committee Trustee! This year we will need to fill these vacancies. So to all the new delegates if you’re looking to join a committee H&I would love your support.

REFERRALS THAT WERE WORKED UPON DURING THE YEAR:
The past year the committee received 7 post conference referrals, all of them from the UK Area. Most were actually questions, and a couple will let us look to add or change some items in our H&I guidelines.
CLOSING COMMENTS:
Perhaps it goes without saying, but H & I work is vital and critical to the growth of established and new areas alike. It is for this reason and many others that the H & I Committee strives to meet the needs of the fellowship. We are anxious to conduct our business at this year’s conference. We are grateful for the support we have received from our trustee (Hayward) in years past and of course are excited to have his continued support. Are you a freshman delegate looking to participate in a committee dedicated to the vital growth of Cocaine Anonymous? We hope to see you during the break out sessions. Thank you for your consideration and your support.
