Russell S – Jim from Finance will accept a $20 donation if it rings. We know it can’t be enforced but we are asking that you all please silence your telephone as it can be very distracting. We know everyone wants to sit together but we cannot add seats to rows as this will disrupt the seating chart and jam everyone into the row. There are 12 seats to each row, please follow the seating chart.

He then asked for last year delegates to please stand up and be recognized. He asked for any last year trustees and for first year trustees to stand up. WSOB; any new members to be acknowledged. WSBT last year attendees acknowledged as well. Thanked everyone who is serving and has served. Made note that the conference has changed radically over the years. world. If you feel that we are going quick, please let us know because we want you to understand what is going on. We are familiar with credentialed requirements. Please stay in the same seat throughout the entire conference. We have a seating chart up here that we will be referring to. Many areas here are selling merchandise to help support their local fellowships but please keep the sales outside in the hallways. We now have everything in BOX and we are using this for all committees. Please check it often, not only throughout the conference but throughout the year. BOX access – Vicki
Vicki R – explained the BOX access and introduced Laurie Glancy as the BOX coordinator and to reach out to Laurie Glancy if you have any questions. Conference office hours will be open right before it starts and right after it ends. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel at all and this includes vaping.
Russell S let everyone know that Justine Kite is the conference chair, please reach out to her with any questions. Please do not make notes in BOX because it is shared with everyone. We have an archives committee and it’s an incredible resource for us. Please access the archives links that are available to all of us, it’s more than you think. We have one secretary position open at the end of the conference. We ask that you please keep side conversations to a minimum and ask that you step out if you need to speak. Please stay away from Stevie, our sound man during the conference. If there’s a problem with sound pleas speak to Duane Miller
Stevie – sound man – we’re trying to record everything so we’re asking you please step up to the mic and speak clearly and get as close to the mic as possible.
