OPENING REPORT
C.A. WORLD SERVICE CONFERENCE 2012
H & I COMMITTEE REPORT
INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS:
We, the H&I committee would like to thank the WSC committee and all other committees that work to make C.A available throughout the world – to addicts who have no other option or choice. We thank Russell S. our Committee Trustee for being available for our committee with thoughtful responses and support. We thank each H&I Subcommittee for the work that they have been doing this year, long after the closing reports of 2011. We thank all of you here for allowing the WSC H&I Committee the space from which to think, write, and speak about H&I, our commitment to the fellowship, this committee. What you all do with your H&I committees at the area/district levels are actually the lifeline of our fellowship.
Did I say Lifeline?? Lifeline has played a significant role in our work post conference 2011. We had 10 teleconferences and WSC H&I Guidelines Sub-Committee submitted Lifeline guidelines that this body felt was good enough for our fellowship. The Lifeline Guidelines have been added to the WSC H&I Guidelines and Information 2012 Edition.

Prison outreach answered letters throughout the year and continued to carry the message to those men/women who are unable to get to meetings outside.
The H&I Committee communicated throughout the year through conference calls and the yahoo group. We would like to remind you that you do not have to be a Delegate to participate on our conference calls. We had several welcomed visitors throughout the year.

Post Conference Referral that was worked on was referral #6823 which we will discuss during our closing report.
CLOSING COMMENTS:
Newcomers are the life blood of our fellowship. We hope that the service work of the WSC H&I committee will help attract the newcomer. If you want a new high come and join H & I.
