IT COMMITTEE REPORT
INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS:
Your IT Committee has continued for this last year to review websites for linking to www.CA.org and continually review the existing linked websites. This committee keeps in communication through email and our online group. We are grateful for the opportunity to assist and help our Fellowship expand in this exciting world of information and technology.

Trustee ™ Trevor Scheibie
Our new trustee Trevor Scheibie jumped in with both feet and not only reviewed websites but was able to help on issues with Traditions in our ‘online’ world.
REFERRALS THAT WERE WORKED UPON DURING THE YEAR:
We worked on the developing an online referral form requested by the Conference Convention Committee and many members of our Fellowship. We worked on continue through the year to answer questions and requests from our Fellowship in the areas of linking new websites, reviewing existing sites, and assisting your World Service Office with technological support.
CLOSING COMMENTS:

Dan Sadur – Has IT addressed the issue of anonymity and e-mail?
Richard Schafer – We do not address e-mail certificate.
Gerard Collard – Do you have plans to update guideline?
Richard Schafer – handbook will be updated and finished by end of conference. John Bodkin – Can you talk about what happened when l visited with you? Richard Schafer – We love the Fellowship and helping and serving. I helped put computers in WSO. We discussed what WSO needs and we took a simple approach. The WSO can be managed by other computers around the world now.
It has been a pleasure that questions and issues are simple and taken care of.
