Before I start my report because our previous chair could not be hear at this conference. Last year we did a lot of work, as we do every year. We had three referrals tabled because we

needed info from WSO and BoT’s. To my knowledge, we have not received that info yet. My priority is to get that info before we go into committee this week. We formulate structure and ground rules in which this conference and C.A. can function. So, if you want to be a part of this, please join us.

- Joy: My question is why did the expense reimbursement policy that was passed last year not make it into the manual?
- Terry: It was an unfortunate oversight that this was not included, and it will be included in the next manual.
