1) Austin Hyatt discussion took place about amendment proposed by the hotel.
A) Uncertainty regarding air travel, especially if we re-schedule and people have to cancel and rebook air travel.
B) Dates are available in May 2021 and may not be if we delay
C) Concern for our members ability to attend due to difficult financial/personal circumstances
Motion-to delay Austin World Service Convention until May 2021, seconded passed unanimously.

3) Current items
a) Step Companion guide review process document and preface for May 3 WSBT review call, Clay has asked that the review forms be received by end of day Thursday April 30, 2020

c) Communicate with Marriott (George) and Sheraton (Tom and Yvette)
4) Atlantic South Regional trustee and committee assignments, chair present re- assignment chart, Chair suggested that ANR trustee (George) be assigned to ASR trustee position.
Motion that the ANR trustee (George) take on the role of the ASR trustee until a new ASR trustee is elected. Made and seconded, passed unanimously. Question raised about the need to fill the board. Further discussions to follow with May quarterly.
