Bylaws of the World Service Board are legal instruments; that the Trustees are thereby fully empowered to manage and conduct all of the world service affairs of Cocaine Anonymous. It is further understood that the Conference Charter itself is not a legal document; that it relies instead upon the force of tradition and the power of the C.A. purse for its final effectiveness.

CAWS 2006/Houston: many concerns to be addressed.
- Additional outreach piece for CAWS 2007 to have at CAWS 2006
- Motion PF/TP to purchase 50 center pieces ( see handout) at the cost of 2,375.00 for CAWS 2006. Passes
- Motion PF/KJ to accept Darrick the noon speaker at CAWS 2006 for the cost of $150.00. Passes
- Motion PF/EH to pay Gold Star $240.00 for I shared buttons for Marathons. Passes

NEW BUSINESS:
- Accepting resumes for Director II position.
- Protect the use of CA logo in the European community at a cost of $2,900.
- 25th anniversary logo contast
- WSOB and WSBT custom fan as board trustee give away to convention.
- Motion KJ/PF to have a WSOB giveaway at CAWS 2006 not to exceed $300.00. passes.
- Motion PF/HE to send $350.00 in soft lit and chips to David the South Africa Area, funding to be reported later. Pass unanimously.
- H&I international Outreach is as stated at $1,900 to date 4/13/06,
