Meeting opened at 8:10 with John B. Leading us in the WE version of the Serenity Prayer.

Bylaws of the World Service Board are legal instruments; that the Trustees are thereby fully empowered to manage and conduct all of the world service affairs of Cocaine Anonymous. It is further understood that the Conference Charter itself is not a legal document; that it relies instead upon the force of tradition and the power of the C.A. purse for its final effectiveness.

Robin L. – Presented CALA convention Registration forms and invited all WSOB members to attend. Asked if the board will kindly take some Reg. Forms to CAWS 2006.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Approve Minutes from March 23^rd 2006 – EH/TP- Motion to accept minutes as amended. Passes. Corrections noted

2. Motion TP/JB to remove motion for AZ to reprint with credits, the Chris Phillip’s article in 2007 News Gram in there local area News Letter
3. Director II resumes
4. Motion TP/PF Submit a letter to Co-Anon in response to their request in a March 8^th letter to consider the use of the 12 concepts, 12 Traditions, 12 Steps. Of CA. Passes, 2 abstentions
5. Approve Recovery in the Heart Land Registration form. (Noting the golf pricing)

CAWS 2006/Houston: many concerns to be addressed.

1. Additional outreach piece for CAWS 2007 to have at CAWS 2006
2. Motion PF/TP to purchase 50 center pieces ( see handout) at the cost of 2,375.00 for CAWS 2006. Passes
3. Motion PF/KJ to accept Darrick the noon speaker at CAWS 2006 for the cost of $150.00. Passes
4. Motion PF/EH to pay Gold Star $240.00 for I shared buttons for Marathons. Passes
5. PF/KJ motion to pay $3,000 for Badge holders with white print. Passes with 1 abstentions
6. PF/KJ motion to buy 250 Globe pens at a cost of $350.00 include shipping.

CAWS 2007/Kansas City:

1. T- Shirts, for the pre-fundraiser, would like to see a computer generated version.

CAWS 2008/Salt Lake City –

CAWS 2009/Denver – meeting minutes submitted. And WSOB will discuss at next meeting.

NEW BUSINESS:

• Accepting resumes for Director II position.
• Protect the use of CA logo in the European community at a cost of $2,900.
• 25^th anniversary logo contast
• WSOB and WSBT custom fan as board trustee give away to convention.
• Motion KJ/PF to have a WSOB giveaway at CAWS 2006 not to exceed $300.00. passes.
• Motion PF/HE to send $350.00 in soft lit and chips to David the South Africa Area, funding to be reported later. Pass unanimously.
• H&I international Outreach is as stated at $1,900 to date 4/13/06,
