REFERRALS THAT WERE FORWARDED TO OTHER COMMITTEES:

Not Applicable

REFERRALS STILL IN COMMITTEE:

PI 2021-03

Susan Bredau, Online Service Area member, Referral made Pre-Conference Information:

I would like to see the WSC PI Committee create materials for online PI Outreach. I have 2 images that I will post in WhatsApp for consideration.

RESPONSE: WSCPI would like to work on this throughout the year and establish subcommittee within the media committee to create materials for online outreach.

CLOSED REFERRALS:

PI 2022-01

Hayley Maskell, Northwest District – United Kingdom, Referral made Pre-Conference

Information:

I have taken the ratified Poster Guidelines created for Colour the world week and updated to include Covid guidance and some of the information we share with members before they go postering.

It’s a simple one-page tool that we make sure all our PI Liaisons and Ninja’s have before going our with our posters.

Whilst we can use it on our district, it may be useful more broadly within CA if it is ratified.

Hopefully this is something that can be considered.

I would be happy to make it more generic so that areas can add their own process for getting posters and adding their committee’s name (or just having a plain version purely with guidelines.

RESPONSE: The committee discussed this referral and believes each local area is autonomous and can adapt the guidelines to fit local conditions. See page 10 bullet 2 in the current PI Handbook.

PI 2022-02

Susan Bredau, Online Service Area member, Referral made Pre-Conference

Information:

That the World PI Survey be translated into all languages in which Cocaine Anonymous has online or location-based meeting contacts.
