Meeting opened at 12:25 p.m. at the Le Meridien Hotel, Montreal, Quebec, Canada with a moment of quiet time and the Serenity Prayer.
Tradition 7 was read.
NEW BUSINESS:
- WSO TRUSTEE REPORT – Bill Z. (see attached)
A motion was made to have K.D. get clearance from the WSOB on any instructions given to her by outside sources. (PASSED)
**ADD THE ABOVE TO WSO MANUAL**
K.D. is to include information in her office reports on any literature orders more than 7 days old.
Meeting adjourned at 2:05 p.m. with the Serenity Prayer.

How do we track assets? Equipment, Airline tickets, chairs, inventory, blah, blah, blah, etc.

Cardboard Steps and Traditions Posters
Memphis did not hear that they could supply WSO with their convention flyers. Make sure they understand they can.
We need to Bond signers on the account
Questions coming to WSO regarding the traditions should be referred to the Chairman of the board of Trustees. People who answer the phone do not speak for CA. Put up signs in the office if deemed reasonable.
BILL!!!!! Write 70/30 as 7th tradition. Also write communication to all areas RE: the Literature Allowed to be printed, the copywrite laws, etc….
