February 13, 1992
Minutes
Meeting called to order at 7:30
Attendees:

Bill lead us in the Serenity Prayer.
Greg read Tradition 1.
Jerry Read Concept 1.
KD read the minutes of the 1.23.92 Board Meeting.
Greg made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Steve L. 2nd. (PASSED)
FINANCE (Steve L.)
- Steve L. instructed KD to keep a copy of the General ledger for the conference. -1991 Financial Statement read (attached).
- Bill requested Steve provide 1990 Calender Year End Financial Reports for the Board of Trustee meeting on 2/22/92.
- Approxiamately $15,000.00 in Trust account.
- Bill expressed a concern on our low funds. Much Discussion.
- Bob C. asked KD to report on Donations for the Trustee meeting.
- Steve will get net monthly figures – cash balances to compare 1990 to 1991.
Motion was made by KD to accept Financial Statements into the minutes as submitted by Steve. Jerry L. 2nd. (PASSED)

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Spanish Outreach
- Bill appointed Pablo as chairperson of this sub-committee. Eddie has not been to a meeting in several weeks.
- Pablo will follow up on Spanish Translation and get the ball rolling again.
- Bill asked that Pablo report to the board the status of each piece translated at the March 12, 1992 Board meeting.

-KD will follow up with Lee A. to get the computer disc with the already translated pamphlets.
PUBLIC INFORMATION (Report Attached)
- PSA’s will be sold to the fellowship at cost. Literature will continue to be discounted 50%
- Steve made a motion to accept the report into the minutes. Jerry 2nd. (PASSED) -Motion by Steve L. (2nd Greg) to give keys to Dan for the PI committee meetings here at the WSO.
- PI Cover was submitted and discussed. Steve motioned to approve the cover with changes as requested (Jerry 2nd). (PASSED)

VOLUNTEER SERVICES COMMITTEE – Jerry L.
- Bill reported the Board and KD went to the Los Angeles Area Service Committee meeting on 2/4/92. Bill introduced everyone and read the reorganization article from the NewsGram. He opened the floor for questions. The general response was a thanks for being there. Next LA ASC meeting is 3/3/92. Bill asked for participants.

OFFICE REPORT (Attached)
Bill requested KD attend the Committee Board Meetings.
Motion was made by Jerry L. to have KD come in at noon on the Friday following the Board meeting she attends. Steve 2nd (PASSED)
Motion was made by Steve L. to accept KD’s recommendation for Vacation/Holiday/Sick pay (see Office Report)
