1) CAWS Convention updates:

CAWS 2013 Final (Kenny) Rob write letter thanking the Florida area for their service. Looking into doing this for all CAWSO conventions.

CAWS 2014 (Duane) Coming together, some members were on the CALA convention. Full steam ahead.

CAWS 2015 (Rob) Ongoing fundraising is important. Almost all committees have a chair in place.

CAWS 2016 (Brian) Steering members will be picked Thursday at conference

7th tradition is down. Inventory cost up. We are not greeting the money in to provide the services the fellowship is asking for. Education to the groups to do the 70 thirty split.

MARKER NADCP – (Rob) NADCP will be in California after CAWS in 2014. There is an advantage of having trusted servants at the event. Could the PI committee impute the cards at conference?

DAL Ratifications Phyllis, Morgan. Both have been ratified.

2011.03.01 – European fulfillment facility – (Russell/KJ) motion made to move this project forward to the finance committee, the business plan for European fulfillment center as presented August 2013.

Trustee expenses at convention (Terry) Look at the Guidelines; Turn in expenses reports, reasonable to the fellowship of the money we spend. Book your flight Tuesday afternoon.

Concerns from members about the ratification process (Duane) The discussion about the process how and why this process has worked. This was an information gathering discussion with a possible referral coming down the road.

Removal of TAL from Drug Court (Rob) Rob would not like to be removed from this event. Need to go out in 12 step calls, can’t just sit and wait for people to be sent to us. The real need to have three people at this time.

Motion to send the Tal and a Regional Trustee to drug court.
