1. Protection for emerging Areas update ‐Update on registration: things are all up to date and should be ready to file in about two weeks, attorney needs to be paid before we start incurring new costs.

5. C.A. Logos on You tube (Sarah). – Add to project chart as part of recording committee.
6. Ownership of website (Clay) –update via referrals‐ Waiting for office to get back after holidays. Will include WSOT in all WSO communications.

f. Referral Tracker (Barry) Update: added 4 WSBT referrals from Q4 to tracker, 3 open referrals, Joni will respond to using full names at Conference, Johan will reach out to office and write response to referral regarding moving ownership

a. Referral Response WSBT 2022‐04 – Remove Gender References to God (Joni) Joni and Sarah…will rework and bring it back in March.

g. Long Term Planning (Gary). Next advisory meeting is March 12th.

a. Meeting schedule at CAWS 2023 Atlanta Committee will find a room and date.

h. International Structure & Development (Johan) has completed most of its tasks. One thing left…global distribution. Sarah spoke with Prism rep and prices should be available soon.

1. Update on translation committee implementation We are meeting at the end of this month.
2. Agenda items for B2B meeting Feb 11^th Have not received any agenda items, election and ratification, bylaws, moving of the office,
3. Clouds storage and access – Earl is getting passwords and access.
4. Insurance quotes – EPLI Earl is working with external company to get quotes for March to update insurance.
5. New bank account No update on international Bank account, will be opening two new bank accounts.
6. Help line Earl is working with Freedom Voice, other companies are saying they cannot do it. Slow process.

j. Trustee Election Committee. (Clay) Received all the TEC Delegate Information…waiting on slates. Timeline is being followed.

k. Financial Overview (Laurie) Year end financials have not been received. Some outstanding invoices. Some money needs to be transferred.

l. Directors and Officers Insurance Renewal (Q1) On track.

m. Monitor Tax Preparation and filing (Q1) The goal is to be ready by end of month.
