MINUTES COCAINE ANONYMOUS WORLD SERVICE BOARD MEETING

Meeting was called to order by Willie at 6:35 p.m.
I. OLD BUSINESS
A. The Trademark Attorney, Bernard Ganz came to answer any questions regarding the trademark.
1. It was decided that Bernie will go forth with Petition if no response to his correspondence is received.
B. Howard will obtain 120 minute cassettes to be used at the conference.
C. Michael is checking into us obtain Bob’s typewriter for the conference.
Terra researched use of copier at hotel during conference. We have access to the hotel’s copier for .25q per copy.
E. Howard will have Copyright Application next week.
F. Jennifer will have stamp for Copyright next week for our literature.
G. Willie will check into getting members from other California cities for our Welcoming Committee.
H. Jennifer passed out the proposed Financial Budget Guidelines and asked for our assistance.

I. Willie requested all Board Members to prepare proposed reports by our next meeting, January 30, which will be given at the conference.
J. Dana is still checking on obtaining “60,30,10” pamphlet for Willie.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Ray volunteered to check into the possibility of us getting non-profit postage.
B. Willie requested that Dana prepare and mail minutes to each Board member as soon as possible.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m. with the Serenity prayer.
Next meeting with be 1/30/86 at 6:30 p.m.
