  1. The service body granting the use of the C.A. logo shall be responsible for ensuring that the proper C.A. logo, with applicable trademarks as shown below, is used on printed materials and memorabilia.

Committees are asked to be ever mindful of our Traditions when using the C.A. logo and creating items for sale and seek guidance if uncertain.

When collecting personal information of Cocaine Anonymous members, it is necessary for the respective service body to take great consideration in the protection of that personal data. Areas to consider are covered by the following questions:

  1. What type of personal information do we hold?
    1. Are we collecting too much data?
    1. Can we reduce the amount of data we collect?
    1. with whom are you sharing this data?
  1. Why do we collect the data?
    1. What are we doing with it?
    1. Have we told the individual what we are doing with it?
    1. Do they fully understand what happens to their information once they give it to us?
  1. Do we check it regularly?
    1. Do we review and update the data we hold?
  1. How do we store it?

The following sections of a committee’s report do not need to be read to the Conference: Referrals or item’s items that did not result in Motions, Motions that are tabled until next year, items that the committee will be working on through the year, or that are referred to other committees, as well as reports by the World Service Office or the World Service Board of Trustees need not be read into the report, however however, questions may be asked about any part of a committee’s report.

Motion 36: to make the following changes to p. 33 of the WSM, delegates:

Delegates and Alternate Delegates are to be elected to the WSC by each Area. Each Area shall have

three (3) two (2) votes which may be carried by up to three (3) two (2) Area Delegates or Alternate

Delegates in person or by proxy, as set forth in the Standing Rules for the Cocaine Anonymous World

Service Conference. If an Area has more than 75 25 meetings per week of its groups (excluding H&I),

then that Area will be entitled to one additional vote; and one additional vote for every additional fifty (50)

meetings per week of its groups (or portion Thereof). This would take effect after conference 2026 for

all existing areas, and after conference 2022 for new areas recognized at WSC. If an Area has any

question concerning the number of votes to which it is entitled, that Area should contact its Regional

Trustee or the WSO.

  1. Trustees advise that a Force Majeure condition exists.
  1. The Host City Steering Committee is offered the choice of moving the convention to the next open year in the convention cycle, or total cancellation.
  2. In the event that the Host City Steering Committee decides to cancel the convention, the WSOB may elect to manage the convention in the host city at the WSOB’s discretion.
  1. WSOB Director of Conventions and Conferences contacts the contracted Hotel, in coordination with the Host City Steering Committee as required; claims the Force Majeure condition and coordinates postponement or cancellation with the hotel.
  1. If cancelled, the WSOB Director of Conventions and Conferences works with the hotel for any deposit refund that may be owed.

Use this digital repository site for the most up-to-date a reliable history of Cocaine Anonymous. This site is hosted by the C.A. Service Sponsorship Group, which is a member of the C.A. Online Recovery Area and curated by Cocaine Anonymous Archivist, Cameron F. who has been involved in collecting, preserving, cataloguing and presenting the history of Cocaine Anonymous to the fellowship since 2009. Cameron F. is currently the C.A. Archivist and Secretary for C.A. World Archive Committee, Southern Ontario C.A. Area Archivist, Online International Area (formerly the OSA) Archivist and the Online Recovery Area Archivist.
