This meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. with the Serenity Prayer.

The minutes of the 12/17/92 meeting were read. Motion made to accepted minutes as amended. Seconded. (PASSED) 1. CAWSO COMMITTEE REPORTS:
A. Hospitals & Institutions – Susan T.
Susan was unable to attend but reported via K.D. that there was nothing new to report.
B. Public Information – Dan T. (see attached)
Dan submitted the minutes from the 12/19/92 WSOPI Committee meeting. The next meeting will take place on Saturday, January 30, 1993 at 10:00 a.m. Motion made

to send Apex Mailing Lists $10.00 to cover the cost of 100 mailing labels. Seconded. (PASSED)
- Loners Group – Kurt G. is the new Loners Group Chairperson.
C. Publications – Greg D. (see attached)
The Board will review the Connection and make comments in time for the February 1, 1993 publication date. The subject of subscriptions to the Connection was tabled to Old Business for the 1/28/93 WSOB meeting. The WSO telephone number will be added to the Connection for contact purposes.
D. World Service Directory – Neil B.
Neil reported that all the meeting information was lost and that he cannot complete the directory by May 1993.
E. CA Book – Carrie C.
Carrie reported that the next (and maybe last) Book Committee meeting will take place on 1/23/93 at the WSO at 10:00 a.m. A phone call was received from Pamela, the ACA Book Committee Chair asking for advice on how to put together their book. She would like to attend the 1/23/92 meeting to observe the committee at work subject to Trustee approval. Fundraising efforts are underway in Southern California. About $ 9600 has been collected thus far.
F. Literature, Chips & Format
K.D. showed the WSOB the new medallions: Principles (English & French), French 1-3 years and 9 and 10 year medallions.
G. Unity Outreach (see attached)
The Unity Outreach Newsgram article was submitted for WSOB review.
H. Convention – Peter S.
Everything is moving along just fine. A talent night is being planned for the Houston 1993 Convention. The Dance Around the World velluxes were sent to all areas. Some corrections were made to the WSC Convention Committee guidelines. A monthly newsletter regarding convention status is in existence. No news on the registrations for Ohio 1994 or Houston 1993.

- OFFICE REPORT: (see attached)
A. Billboards – Discussion took place regarding billboard order flyer and collection of orders. Motion to send out a letter announcing that billboards are available and orders are being taken. Seconded. (PASSED) Motion made to charge for the actual cost plus estimated shipping and handling for each billboard. Seconded. (PASSED)
B. Financial Report – Finances were reviewed and a discrepancy was discovered. K.D. will do research and report back to the WSOB. Montreal royalty figures were reviewed and discussed.
3. OLD BUSINESS:
A. Phone System – A voicemail system to suit office needs would run about $2000 for the board with installation. This issue will be tabled in abeyance until 6/93 when the literature is paid off.
B. John’s Claim – This matter is to be discussed at the Trustee meeting this weekend. Brian is to be notified of the WSBT decision/recommendation on Monday.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
- Trustee Meeting – The office report for the WSBT was reviewed by the WSOB.
- Photo Catalog – This project was assigned to the Publications Committee.
- Connection Subscriptions – Discussion took place.
- WSOB Attendance – Tabled to OLD BUSINESS for the 1 /28/93 meeting.
- PSA Fund – Two checks for $10.00 was received for the purpose of starting a fund to produce a national PSA. This matter was referred to the WSBT.
- Newsgram Article (Unity Outreach) – The article was reviewed by the WSOB and discussed.

G. Newsgram Pricing/Formatting – Discussion took place. Referred to the Publications Committee for research.
H. Audio CA Book – Tabled into OLD BUSINESS.
