Motion: Get bids for computer work to be done. Seconded. PASSED.
Motion: Begin research for a new CPA. Seconded. PASSED
OLD BUSINESS
SIGNATURES at Donnelley. Much discussion on what quantities to bind. Currently there are 20,000 signatures being held at the Publisher,
Motion: Bind signatures in quantities of 5000 Hard Cover and 15,000 Soft Cover. Seconded. PASSED.
Motion: Soft art work recommended by KD to be the same as the hard cover, “Hope, Faith & Courage” blind stamped on Kivar 5 material, color to be Tourmaline (same as hard cover). Seconded. PASSED.
