The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. with the Serenity Prayer and a moment of quiet time.
Brian N. read the 7th tradition.
Carrie C. read the minutes of the February 7, 1991 board
meeting which were accepted as read.

Carrie C. made a motion to have the CAWSO pay David C.’s 1991 Convention registration and Sunday banquet fee. Brian N. seconded. (motion passed)
All bills have been paid.

No report was faxed by Todd C. Carrie C. informed the board that she will not be attending any more Public Information Committee meetings due to lack of time.
