Meeting opened at 7:50 pm with the Serenity Prayer.
The Tenth Tradition was read by Carla S.
Carrie C. read the minutes of the November 21, 1991 WSOB meeting. Minutes accepted as read with correction in spelling of Clark Shluter’s name (changed from Carl).
Jerry L. was welcomed to the CA WSO Board of Directors as Director.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
PUBLIC INFORMATION/LONERS GROUP – Dan T. (see attached)
Ben L. of Los Angeles will be handling the Loners Group,

Dan T. will write guidelines for PI 50% discount literature on sales to be mailed as a letter to area PI chairpersons.
It was agreed upon by the WSOB and Dan T. that 1000 presentation folders be purchased. See 10110191 minutes for bid information. Warred Business Systems offered 1000 such folders for $550.00. Folders will be hi-gloss white with black printing.

SPANISH OUTREACHfTRANSLATIONS – Eddie P. & Pablo M.
Eddie P. and Pablo M. were not present. Carla S. gave K.D. three bids she obtained for the translation of literature into Spanish. Carla S. gave her telephone numbers as follows: (818) 905-9428 (H) (818) 774-6724 (pgr)
PUBLICATIONS – (chairperson commitment open)
K.D. will put information in the next issue of the Newsgram regarding new literature (…and all other mind-altering substancesj Suggestion for Relapse Prevention & Recovery, and What is CA ?)
A meeting of the publishing sub-committee was held 11121191 in which the CA Book was discussed, (see attached accepted minutes)
Steve M. has resigned as chairperson. This commitment is available.
WS MEETING DIRECTORY – (chairperson commitment open)
Mitch B. has not attended the past several WSOB meetings.
This commitment is now open.
VOLUNTEERS – Jerry L.
The letter requesting volunteers from the Pacific South region areas has been sent. We will wait for responses. If none arrive we will follow up with visits to local area ASCIGSO meetings.
Jerry L. will contact Suzi and Eddie P. regarding their

UNITY OUTREACH – Suzi (not present/see attached minutes)
Brian N. read the committee’s minutes to the WSOB. The committee will meet next on 1217191.

OLD BUSINESS:
Office RelocatinglNew Lease: We need to go on a month to month lease to be determined in January 1992.

Major Graphics Bill: $1,000 was paid towards our bill.
French Literature: Canada is to work on translations and storing issues.
Loner Mail: Loner mail will be forwarded through the WSO. A cover letter was drafted by Dan T. on Loners Group letterhead.
Signature Cards: Jerry L. was added to the Sanwa Bank signature cards.
CALA ASC: Bill Z. attempted to get to the 11126191 Los Angeles ASC meeting. The entire WSOB will go to the 2I4I92 meeting to introduce ourselves.
Billboards: KD will get bids.
NEXT WSOB MEETING: Meeting will be held on 1/9/92. Bill Z. will not be present. The next Executive WSOB meeting will take place on 1/23/92.
