Running into a problem with the diskette from the computer. The diskette will be given to Zachary to try to retrieve the revised conference approved literature. Carla wanted input on the graphics for the front of the literature. It was suggested that a prototype be ready by the next board meeting on no. 10th. Pocket cards will be put off until the literature is complete. Permission from the AA & AA Grapevine is still needed to reprint 12 Traditions,, 12 Steps and the Preamble. NEWSGRAM- Reggie L.

Reggie stated that Margie sent her apologies s as she couldn’t make the meeting as she was sick. Editor needs a little freedom in printing as long as it doesn’t violate any traditions. Newsgram is becoming larger which is great as it is reflecting growth. Reggie discussed the fact that an advisory and policy committee should be formed for the Newsgram. Drafts have been printed.

CONNECTION- Reggie L.

Susie also makes her apoligies as she is also sick. Drafts have been printed.
