Meeting was called to order by Coco with the serenity prayer at 7:30PM Corrie read the long version of the 6th Tradition.
Helene read the minutes of May 28, 1987. Motion: to accept minutes as read.
Motion seconded and carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
CONNECTION – Bruce McC.
Written report submitted, 450 new subscriptions March – May.
Expenses for June issue
$ 783.55 – Image Express
126.68 – out-of-pocket expense
$ 910.23
WORLD DIRECTORY – Neil B.
All meetings are entered in the computer. Not much assistance across the country in getting the up-dated directories from the various states. Will not be completed by the time of the Convention. New Directories will be available in late July.
Neil was asked to produce a print-out of the directory for the convention.
Order forms for the directory will be available at the Convention.
Coco recommended someone for Neil to call regarding artwork. Neil will consider this recommendation as well as contacting the printers.
OLD BUSINESS
- Insurance for office – we were turned down because of no past insurance history. Steve will continue to research.
- Letter received from San Francisco giving us their authorization for use the the dyes for the metal chips as well as the contact person at the company that makes them.
- Bob Lemon asked about setting up a World Service booth at the Convention for chips and literature orders. We will find someone to take these orders for us at the convention. Corrie, if there, will work this booth. Will have sample of metal chips available for those who wish to see them and place orders. It was agreed that each member of this board will spenda couple of hours at the booth throughout the convention.

d. Linda will follow up on the minutes.
c. Michael Freed has neon sign and will bring it to the office. Reggie will be responsible for getting it to the Convention in San Francisco.
f. Ray will speak to Linda regarding N.Y, Check.
g. Reggie submitted letter to WSO Board fo directories regarding responsibilities and commit tment s.
h. Rusty will draft input letter to area offices and delegates regarding use of Chips and Literature, Newsgram, World Directory.
NEW BUSINESS
- Chips and Literature not being sent out. Orders were found in the Chips and Literature closet dated back to May & April. Corrie received calls from areas across country to request their chips and literature orders. Albert to be replaced. Coco and Corrie will catch up orders. Helene will ask Ken B. if he would come in and assist Corrie in getting these orders caught up, Corrie is willing to put in 40 hours per week to be sure that these orders are caught up and see if it can be done by her and become a part of her job description. If it is too time consuming, we will get someone to replace Corrie in doing that. Coco will speak to Albert.
- Neil will inform KCT (Mfgrs. of Chips) of the changeover in persons handling orders.
- Ray asked if information on order forms get distributed to proper sources other than just chips and literature. Corrie will institute such a procedure at once. Corrie will also institute a system where as when starter kits are sent out, a form letter will go out asking where meeting(s) are.

- All correspondence from the fellowship to be given to WSO and then a copy to trustees so all are aware of what is going on.
- Neil will ask KCT if they would bag chips in increments of 100,
- Steve P. – next issue of Newsgram will be available at convention. Would need approval at next board meeting. Will print 2000 copies.
- Ray suggested a cover letter for the minutes when included with the Newsgram.
- Ray asked that the 12 promises be re-done to include all 12 promises.
