Proposed Minutes

MEETING was called to order at 7:25 AM

SERENITY PRAYER led by Scott

ROLL CALL

QUORUM was met

VISITORS:

John Henson, Atlantic South Regional Trustee OLD BUSINESS

-New Lease

After having paid a “Good Faith” deposit of $500.00 to our Landlord, we received a Lease agreement that includes monthly Common Area Maintenance charges, (calculated at 21 % of total CAM costs), that would increase the agreed-upon monthly rent by approximately $100-150, minimum. This was never mentioned by the landlord during negotiations for the new space. It is the consensus of this board that this is unacceptable, and that our Director of Operations cross out that line item, initial it, then sign the lease and return it to the Landlord.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

To discuss personnel issues.

TRUSTEE REPORT

WSO Trustee: Brian reported on the recent Trustee meeting. The WSBT has authorized the Board to grant a one-time bonus of $1700 to the Director of Operations, and has advised the Board to impliment a base salary range for that position of between $35,000- 50,000.

Motion: To grant a bonus of $1700.00 as a token of gratitude and appreciation to our Director of Operations, payable immediately. Seconded. PASSED with one abstention.

Motion: To amend the current job description for Director of Operations to include a base salary range of $35,000-50,000. Seconded. PASSED with one abstention.

NEW BUSINESS

– Royalty agreement

At this time Steve S., Delegate from the United Kingdom, arrived and made a request of the board to re-negotiate our royalty agreement with the U.K. TABLED pending subcommittee action.

Motion: To adjourn at 8:42 AM. Seconded. PASSED.

MEETING ADJOURNED at 8:42 AM with the Lord’s Prayer
