INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS:
The 2019 Trustee Election Committee has received candidates from seven Regions. The Midwest Region is an active slate. This year, we will interview a candidate from the Pacific South Region for the Non-Addict Trustee position.

Vanessa MJ – Question, made a motion to approve, and then called each slate, and then asked for any objections, and then approved the entire slate as a whole. Is that an option?
Trevor S. – We will read off the entire slate, and then vote to approve. if there is an objection, we will have hands raised, and move forward to unanimous consent

Ernest M. – when an individual has information that I don’t know, how am I supposed to vote in good conscious on something I do not know. We need to be informed people making decisions.
Trevor S. – I was telling you all earlier how sick I am to love this stuff. I am trying to remember something that may or may ot have happened a long time ago. Stick it out with us and we will go over this.
So we all were here, simple answer, sometimes we have to trust God and the process. There are individuals voting for them who know them on a regional and area level. At this point in the process we ask via unanimous consent. However, there is no room for debate, and I will not set precedent for that now. If you know something you feel is an issue, you should take that up with them on a personal level.

Henry A. – Is this simply a legal matter that we have to approve this? Trevor S. in order for a person to be a director in this fellowship, they must be ratified on this floor. this is the process.
