WSBT Trustee Conference Call
November 6, 2016 – 9:00 am PST
Moment of silence followed by the “We” version of the Serenity Prayer

Chairs Remarks
Yves welcomed the new trustees to their first call. The call will be kept to one hour. Yves asked all to speak your conscience.
One motion online that will be tabled during this call and will resume when this conf call is complete. This motion is only for the past year’s trustees since the action was taken during the conference.
Business Items
Motion: to accept future contributions from Amazon Smile by Rob, seconded by Tom
Yves opened the floor for continued discussion. Discussion ensued. Anne – Makes a motion to post pone. Would like to post pone. Would like to have the time to thoroughly think through our thoughts.
Motion to postpone approved and will be added to the quarterly agenda.
Motion: to have Bob C. to help WSBT proceed with the attorney’s recommendation to have someone from the Fellowship approach

Cocaine.Org and express the concerns we have – Anne. Jeannette – Second. Approved during 1608 quarterly
Yves – reviewed the background. Yves said he reached out to Bob and Duane and Duane reached him 3 to 4 weeks ago. And still have not heard any news. Opened the floor to Anne – my thoughts is that perhaps Bob is too busy. The recommendation from our attorney is to have someone from the fellowship call or send a letter. Yves sent an email and another member called and was brushed off. There are at least two other former trustees we could ask to write a letter.
Tom – Motion to direct WST to contact our attorney to prepare a cease and dissist letter.
Seconded by Wade.
Discussion ensued.
Tom – withdraws his motion.
Kevin – objects.
Kevin – Motion to postpone until quarterly. We don’t know what we want. And, we need to discuss before we approach a new trustee to draft a letter.
Kevin – withdraws his objection.
Trustees asked other procedural questions regarding member inquiries; answers and guidance was provided.
Date and Time for December Quarterly (Yves)
Quarterly meeting in LA – Dec 9th – Dec 11th (noon) lunch at Noon, Quarterly at 1:30pm (Yvette to arrange meeting room and accommodation)
Yves – if anyone is traveling to L.A. before Dec. 9, please let Yvette know. The B2B will happen at the hotel. Left the time for the board to decide.
