- CAWS Convention updates:
- CAWS 2008 (Trevor) Wrap up
- CAWS 2009 (Bobbie) Going along. Meetings are poorly attended.
- CAWS 2010 (Kim) Theme has been chosen. Farfromusing?
- CAWS 2011 (Bobbie) had a 2nd conference call to elect the steering committee. A full steering team is in place.

2007.10.14 NADCP 2008 in St. Louis, MO (Bobbie) It went well. Russell did a piece for the newsgram on it.
2007.10.15 Status of Fulfillments center (Nick) 68 different places to investigate. Halfway through the list. Should have a top 3 to recommend to the conference.

Hayward: Are they looking for 2 different places? No, they are looking to get an office with enough space to store stuff.
2008.01.03 TEC UPDATE(Earl) 8 people left to interview in LA. We were expecting
- We will try to interview as many as possible on Monday. As we are starting early, it throws the budget out. Lots of resume printing to do. All TEC delegates are to be in on Sunday.

2008.07.01 Trustee Budgets (Earl)
We need to do our individual trustee budget done for the conference. Keep in mind the increasing cost of travel. We may need to look at raising the perdeem from $40.00. Nick to make a motion online
2008.07.02 Personal shares as videos ( face obscured ) on websites (Nick)
There are 3 different videos from UK the Scotland wants to put on there website. Face obscured, not last names. ETC. IT Committee and the WSOB need to look at it. Nick to refer them to the IT committee this conference.
2008.07.03 Referral to be written regarding disclaimer ( Kim)
In February we discussed a statement regarding tradition 6 for flyers, newsletters, ETC. Do we need to make a referal to S&B to include this disclaimer in the manual? Bobbie: This is our umbrella statement.
Motion by Kim for Trevor to write a referral to S&B to include this disclaimer. Bobbie seconds. PASSED
