WSOB Meeting
July 26, 2001
Approved Minutes
Meeting called to order at 7:35 pm.
Kevin read 11th tradition, Mark read 11th concept.
Guests: Jeff 5. joined us tonight.
Motion to table approval of July 12th minutes-motion tabled.
Old business:
Trademark Issue- Meredith- Has spoken with the attorney, and it’s ours, so we can use it however we See fit. She will write something up on that. Kevin asked a question about WSC. She will get back to us on that.
Chair Steve- Absent
Vice Chair- Elizabeth- Absent
Secretary- Robin- Absent
Treasurer- Joy- 1st draft of the statement will be ready in a couple of weeks. Director 1- Kevin- Newsgram One submission, a poem, from someone in the Midwest, and another is coming. He needs submissions bad. A piece on the 8th Tradition would be timely. There are people asking questions about why the WSO needs so much money, and that is why this piece would be important at this time. Any submissions would be appreciated. The deadline is August 1st.
Meredith will have Something coming before the deadline. She will try to get Hal to write Something also.
Director 2- Mark- No report.
Trustee reports: Pacific South- David- No report WSO- Leon- No report
CAW50 report- New carpet needed, but Joy said not right now.
Webmaster Committee report- No report No break necessary
New business:
Meredith: All trustee travel request must be approved by the Chair of W5BT prior to submission to the WSO Finance Committee. David second. Meredith withdrew her motion.
Meredith made a motion to approve travel for Teri , total coast is $145, for airfare and parking for August 4th area meeting. Kevin Second. Motion passed.

Meredith made motion to repeal the $35 spending limit Who seconded? Kevin offered a friendly amendment to add the date the $35 limit was passed. Maker of the motion agreed, and motion passed as amended.
Motion to approve $230 for airfare for installer to have new server installed. Mark second. Motion passed.
