Office Report
December 17, 1992

PROJECTS COMPLETED

-John has completed engraving on all CAWSO office equipment.

-Received lease and rental agreement from Pitney Bowes. Please review if you would like. (It’s in Bill’s box).

-Received our first shipment of the new english literature. Logo on back now reads “Were Here and Were Free” Cocaine Anonymous World Services, Inc. Copyright 1992

-Called Bob Lemon and informed him of the Spanish Outreach Committees request to change the word “Coraje” to “Valor”.

-Updated incoming sales report to include Spanish, PI, H&I, Starter Kits and Regular orders.

-Completed P.I. general letter, printed on letterhead, and forwarded to the P.I. Committeee.

-Ordered and received literature on 20 cassete tapes. Forwarded to the Board of Trustees for review and approval.

INVENTORY

-Sales for November $ 12,575.12
-Sales to date Dec $ 6,675.83

DONATIONS

-Donations November $5,841.51
-Donations December $4,558.17
-Storybook November $655.18
-Storybook December $1,224.69

QUESTIONS

-Received a bill from the National Yellow Pages. Do we want to be listed??? The cost is $147.00. I sent in the information not realizing there was a charge, I then received the bill. Nothin’ for free, eh?

-RE: Banners. Liberty Flags cannot include the AA Disclaimer and AA steps any smaller than 1/2″. This will take up about 12-14 inches on the banner. I recommend we use a sticker (similiar to the one we use now) and attach it to the new banners. Please let me know if this is OK with you, the Trustees, and/or AA.

OTHER

-I have been thinking of having each group “register” with World Services. I can have 5000 postcards printed for under $100.00 that will allow each group to fill out the card, send in to us, and we can keep it on file at the WSO, and update as needed. I see a need for it as I have used the Chip and Literature orders as a reference for individual groups around the country for various reasons. A 3X5 card would be much simpler and more permanant. This will tell us how many groups we have, where they are, serve as a mailing list, etc. It is another project that will require the office to keep on top of, but I think it could really help us reach

remote groups. What do you think??? Carrie told me PI may be working on something similiar. Feed back por favor. Any suggestions or comments are welcomed!

Honey Do List 12/17/92

1. Pay National Yellow Pages bill. Don’t let it happen again.

161.25 } =======

168.75 ($128.19us)

5. Ask landlord to fix ceiling in conference room

He is going to. We needed to wait for another rain to see if there were any more leaks, (which there is). He will fix it soon. Don’t look up. The guy was here today.

6. Greg’s address is in Delegate Mailing. He is member of Literature Committee.

Thank you.

7. Ask Cher if Carrie can sponsor her. Get invites to the opening.
