- Office manager job description
- Proposed job description submitted to board
- CAWS2000 hotel bill
- MOTION (Susan/Steve): Pay Scottsdale CAWS2000 hotel bill of $23,681.67
- Approved unanimously
OFFICER REPORTS:
Chair: Written report attached.
Vice Chair:
- Resolved communications questions regarding Conference Coordinator.
- Missed last conference committee conference call.
- Conference set-up is ahead of schedule.
Treasurer: Written report attached.
Secretary: No report

World Service Trustee: Not present. Delivered baby boy.
Pacific South Trustee: No report.
World Service Office Trustee:
- Trustees approved $23K transfer from CAWS2000 trust to Office operating to pay Office portion of CAWS2000 hotel bill and other current bills.
- Standing in for Meredith on Conference Conference Committee
Office Manager:
- Written report attached.
- Discussion of DSL for office. May be cheaper than dial-up.
- Post Office Box change taking effect. Old box will be kept indefinitely.
