Meeting called to order at 7:40pm.

- Met with Office manager and staff, and instructed them on new e-mail setup
- Removed Netwizards mailbox accounts for 3 mailing lists, to free up accounts for other office use. These accounts now exist as aliases to mailboxes on my server. This actually makes more sense, since I manage these mail lists anyway.
- Canada: Explained Canadian controversy regarding Canadian secession from CA World, and relayed a telephone report from a Canadian WS Delegate.
Director:
Ready to print 2Q2000 NewsGram. Have alternate printer. We will compensate same as current printer.
World Service Trustee: no report
World Service Office Trustee: no report
Pacific South Trustee: no report

NEW BUSINESS:
- Convention Activities: Reviewed board assignments to conference committees. Reviewed board service assignments.
- Office report for trustees: reviewed items to be included.
- Reprinting NewsGram articles.
- Motion (Steve/Joy) Establish office policy that any local CA newsletter may reprint articles from previous newsgrams, so long as they correctly attribute the article.
- Passed unanimously
- Will define exact language for office staff to use in giving permission.

- Storybook survey:
- Motion: (Steve/Joy): We will not determine, prior to survey results, whether to sell tapes sets at cost.
