Meeting called to order at 8 AM
Referrals:
- Starter kits: (3 referrals)
- Will be sending a copy of the letter includied in the starter kit, to the Trustee of the relevant region.
- Summary of starter kits sent will be sent to regional trustees quarterly.
- MOTION: Joy/Susan: We copy delegates all letters sent with starter kits in their Area. Passed
- WSO membership issues
- no action. 120 mile limit. Suggestions are not feasible at this time.
- WSO term limitation
- no action.
- WSO additional trustees
- no action. Not ours.
- Internet Service Area/District
- no action. Not ours.
- 2001 requests approval to offer membership ability to prepay hotel stay, to save money.
- Tabled. Will pursue more info on legal and insurance issues.
- Restrict all CAWS fund raising, including 7th traditions, to funding WSO
- No action. Not ours.

- LCF has reviewed, and will pass recommendations to Office

- Email aliasing from ca.org
- When requested, Office will establish such aliases for WSC committees
- It is the responsibility of chairs to keep Cawso webmaster informed of any changes. Our only action to fix broken links will be to delete them.

Problem with @retail shopping cart. Company insists on posting small notice regarding their services at bottom of final checkout page.
